ITnovati provides user accounts and paid or gated software tools. Depending on the feature used, account identifiers, email addresses, plan status, authentication events and transaction references may be processed. Google may process authentication data when Google Sign-In is selected. Paddle acts as merchant of record and payment provider for purchases; payment details are processed by Paddle rather than stored by ITnovati. OpenRouter and the selected model provider process the prompts submitted to the AI Content Brief feature; users must not submit personal, confidential or regulated data unless they are authorised to do so and the relevant processing terms have been assessed.
The legal basis depends on the feature: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for requested account or contractual services, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for security and abuse prevention, and consent where legally required for optional storage or third-party access. Provider privacy information: Google, Paddle, and OpenRouter.
Some ITnovati articles may use generative AI during research, drafting or editing. Such assistance does not replace editorial responsibility. Material factual claims should be checked against cited sources before publication, and corrections are made when claims cannot be substantiated. AI assistance alone does not establish that an article is accurate or current.
